Discord server
Link your Ticker account to get your plan's role, and what the role opens.
The Ticker Discord server is where members talk shop with each other and with the Ticker team. Anyone can join and read the open channels. Your plan opens the members' channels.
Get your role
- In Ticker, open Settings and the Security tab.
- On the Discord server card, press Connect and approve on Discord. If you are not in the server yet, this adds you.
- Your plan's role arrives in the server: Pro, Max or Ultra. A trial counts as its plan. Members of an active enterprise account get Ultra.
To link a different Discord account, press Reconnect on the same card.
What the role opens
Any of the three roles opens the members' channels: #pro-chat, #data-signals, #early-access and #showcase.
Without a role you can still read #announcements and post in #general, #help, #introductions, #bug-reports and #feature-requests.
No role yet
- Press Recheck on the Discord server card. It reads your plan again and adds the role.
- If the card says your Discord account is not in the server, press Join the server, then Recheck.
- Still nothing: ask in #help.
When a plan ends
The role follows your plan. When the plan or the trial ends, or an enterprise account is paused, the role comes off, and so does the access it opened.
