set_view_target

Changes or deletes something you own.

Use this to attach a destination to one View, or to change how often it delivers there. Use remove_view_target instead to detach it, and create_destination to make a new destination. Deliver one View's Matches to one destination, and say how often. Call list_destinations for the ids and list_view_targets for what this View already delivers to. Attaching a destination the View already has changes that cadence instead of adding a second one, so the call is safe to repeat. A fresh attach consumes the View's pending Matches, so history does not arrive as a burst the moment it is connected: delivery starts from the next Match. cadence instant sends each Match as it lands, hourly and daily batch them. This changes where alerts go for everyone who can see this View. Email delivery is a separate setting on the View itself and is not touched here. The posting URL of a destination is never accepted or returned here: the destination is made once, with create_destination or in the app, and this tool names it by id.
