get_event_sections_at

Reads only.

Use this for every section's open seat count at one past moment, up to 90 days back. Use get_event_sections_live instead for now, and get_event_section_series for one section over a span. Every section's open seat count as it stood at one past instant, highest first. Use it to answer where an event drained: call it twice, before and after, and subtract. A count is CARRIED FORWARD from the section's last reading, so observed_at says how old that reading is and a section with no reading by that time is absent rather than zero. total is the whole house at that time and matches the primary book's ticket count, and it is NULL when sections_read is below sections_known, because a sum over the sections returned would count an unread section as empty. Add the counts yourself if you want the part that was read. available false means this event has no section readings, which is not an error. at goes back at most 90 days and is capped by plan like the price charts. It is the primary price source, served on the plans that carry that source; any other caller gets a plan_required error with entitled false and required_tier naming the plan that unlocks it, never available false.
