Event Recent Seat Moves
Reads only.
Use this for reserved seats that opened or closed in the last minutes, up to 120. Use get_event_seats_live instead for every seat open now, and get_event_seat_history for one seat's full history. Reserved seats that opened or closed in the last few minutes at one event, newest first, one row per seat carrying its latest change. This is the answer to "what just moved on this event". kind open means the seat became available for sale, close means it stopped being available (taken or held; the row does not say which). republish true marks a re-listing at a new price rather than a sale, so a burst of republishes is a price move and not demand. changes is how many times that seat moved inside the window. The window is minutes, at most 120; it is short on purpose, because this reads the live state and not a history. available false means the event has no live seat data at all. It is the primary price source, served on the plans that carry that source; any other caller gets a plan_required error with entitled false and required_tier naming the plan that unlocks it, never available false.
