get_event_analytics_history
Event Analytics History
Reads only.
Use this for what one event's analytics columns read on each past day, to backtest a signal. Use get_event_analytics instead for the current row, and get_event_price_chart for the daily price series. Daily history of an event's analytics/signal columns (z-scores, ranks, listings, prices), one row per as_of_date ASC, the backtesting primitive for signals: 'what did this signal read at T-30?'. Pass columns (bare event_analytics names from list_screen_columns' ea namespace) or omit for the headline signal set. Every row carries as_of_date, a corrected days_to_event (recomputed from the event date; it keeps counting negative after the event), and partial_row: true means the snapshot is HOLLOW (its quality/inventory columns were never computed; treat its nulls as unknown, not zero, and don't rank it against complete rows). days_missing lists calendar days inside the span with no snapshot. The history has gaps. NEVER interpolate across a gap. Snapshots began 2026-06-15, so the series is shallow initially. History depth follows the account's plan: when the plan cuts it, plan_capped is true and withheld names the cut and the plan that reads further back. The answer also carries event_name, local_date, venue_name and sub_category_id, what the series is OF, so a chart legend reads a name and never an id. Returns rows:[] when nothing was snapshotted in range. A plan limit is never missing data: a reading the account's plan does not include is refused with a plan_required error (entitled false, required_tier the plan that unlocks it, a one line message), and a column or field the plan strips from an answer is named in a top level withheld list with the same three fields. null, an empty list and available false mean the data does not exist.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
event_id | string | yes | The event to chart. Ticker event id, ev plus ten characters, as returned by every tool here. A marketplace id also resolves when it carries its source prefix (vs:, tm:, tp:), and a bare marketplace id resolves until 2027-09-13. | |
columns | string[] | event_analytics columns to return per day (bare names, e.g. ["price_self_z_7d","median_price_current"]). Omit for the headline signal set. as_of_date, days_to_event and the partial-row markers are always included. | ||
range | string | 90d | Lookback window over as_of_date: 7d | 14d | 28d | 90d | all (all is bounded to ~1 year). Default 90d. One of 7d, 14d, 28d, 90d, all. |
