Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Ticker is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product evolves. We will post material changes here.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Ticker is operated by Ticker Intelligence Inc. (“Ticker,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using Ticker (the “Service”), available at findticker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Ticker is a ticket market analytics tool. We aggregate publicly available asking-price data from third-party ticket marketplaces and present it as historical trends, alerts, screeners, and analytics, including access for AI assistants through our API and MCP integrations. Ticker is not a ticket seller. We do not sell tickets, process ticket transactions, or act as a marketplace, broker, or intermediary. When you choose to purchase a ticket, you do so directly on a third-party marketplace under that marketplace’s own terms.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Plans may limit the number of devices or sessions that can use one account at the same time.

4. Plans, Billing & Payments

Where paid plans are offered, Ticker provides subscription tiers (currently Pro, Max, and Ultra) with the features, usage limits, and prices shown at checkout. Plans are billed monthly or annually; annual billing is offered at a discount. New paid subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Whop, which handles checkout, collects payment, and calculates and remits applicable sales tax and VAT for purchases in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Your purchase is subject to Whop’s own terms in addition to these terms, and managing your payment methods or invoices may require a Whop account. We never store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

The free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service before being charged. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once billed. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, which are honored through our merchant of record. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. API & MCP Access

Some plans include programmatic access to Ticker data via our API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. This access is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas of your plan, which we may enforce technically. You may use the data to power your own analysis and AI workflows. You may not scrape the Service, resell or redistribute our data or derived datasets to third parties, or make the Service available as a competing data product. We may suspend or revoke programmatic access that exceeds plan limits or violates these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; circumvent rate limits, device limits, or access controls; share account credentials; access the Service by automated means outside the documented API and MCP interfaces; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pricing data is aggregated from third-party sources, reflects asking prices rather than completed sales, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. We do not guarantee that any price, alert, or analysis is current or correct. Nothing on Ticker constitutes financial, investment, or purchasing advice, and the Service is not a trading or investment platform. You are solely responsible for any buying decisions you make.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticker Intelligence Inc. and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on pricing data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
