About Ticker
We built Ticker because we needed it.
We're Aidan and Alim, software engineers who spent years selling tickets. We kept running into the same problem. A ticket page shows you today's price, and once that price changes, nobody has a record of the old one. So we built the tool we wanted. Perplexity invested once we had the first version.
Ticker tracks the live event market and keeps a record of every change. We store the full price history for every event we track, 446,366 so far, so you can see where a price has been before you decide. Screen the whole market on the numbers you care about, save that screen as a View, and Ticker alerts you when an event matches it. Section and seat maps show where tickets are listed. Primary and resale prices sit on the same page. Ask the agent in plain language, connect the AI assistant you already use, or take the data as a feed.
Ticker works for anyone who buys, sells, or prices tickets. Use it to decide what to buy and when to sell, to price your own inventory, or to check what a seat has cost before you pay for it.
We started Ticker because people in this market guess at prices, and they guess because nobody publishes where prices have been. We want to publish it.
