1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ticker Intelligence Inc. (“Ticker,” “we,” “us”), operating findticker.com, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our ticket market analytics Service. Ticker does not sell tickets or process ticket transactions; we aggregate public pricing data and link out to third-party marketplaces.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and any details you provide when registering or managing your account.
• Usage data: events and performers you track, screens and alerts you set, and how you interact with the Service (including via API and MCP access), used to power features, enforce plan limits, and improve the product.
• Technical data: device, browser, and log information collected automatically, including your IP address and an approximate location derived from it (geo-IP), stored as session metadata to secure accounts, enforce device limits, and detect abuse.
• Billing data: subscription and payment information is collected and processed by our merchant of record, Whop. We receive your plan and membership status but never your card details.

3. How & Why We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, deliver alerts and analytics, manage subscriptions and entitlements, communicate with you about your account, and improve and secure the product. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on the performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, preventing abuse), your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Ticker, and only to the extent needed to perform those services, or where required by law. Our main providers are:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and usage data.
• Whop — payment processing and billing, acting as merchant of record under its own privacy policy.
• Email and messaging providers — delivery of alerts, account emails, and, where you opt in, SMS notifications.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some functionality.

6. International Transfers

Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EU, UK, or other regions with data transfer rules, we rely on our providers’ safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

7. Third-Party Marketplaces

When you follow a link from Ticker to a third-party ticket marketplace, that site operates independently and under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of those marketplaces, and we encourage you to review their policies before transacting.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EU or UK, these include your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can manage much of your information from your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights.
