Event pages now tell you when a show is cancelled or moved. The seat map remembers every seat. Ask Ticker comes with every paid plan.

• Leave a word out of a search. Pick "does not contain", or tell the assistant "not the Lakers".

• See right away when an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or off sale.
• Hover a section to compare it with the other market.
• Share an event with one click.

Getting started

• A short walkthrough builds your first View and sends you a test alert.

Venues and performers

• Filter venues by name, city, state, country and size.
• Ask the agent for venues. "Big arenas in Texas" works.
• Performer and venue pages show where prices start.

Plans

• Ask Ticker is on every paid plan.
• Pro gets the full price history of upcoming events.
• Past events and primary market numbers are on Max and Ultra.
• Research is unlimited on paid plans.

Improved

• Price charts go back to the very first reading.
• The seat map lets you go back in time.
• Pick a section and the map zooms to it.
• Click a seat to see its whole history.
• Sort any column in the section and seat lists.
• More sections show up in the list, including lawns, floors, tables and suites.
• Sports events show an icon for their sport.
• Ask the assistant for a sport and you get that sport.
• The link in an alert email takes you to the View that sent it.
• Settings shows your plan and how much you have used.
• When you reach a limit, the page tells you which plan has more.
